Hey I have a question, I just started lifting & I'm wondering how much I should be eating. I was cutting at first & now i want to gain muscle. I know it's totally opposite of cutting since I have to have a higher intake. But is it the same types of food I should be eating? Thanks man.

You should be eating more than you are using. Try to eat the same types of foods as long as they are healthier choices.  There really isn’t that much too it.
